Started in March 2007, Brad Saeger (Saeger Design) passed the LEED AP exam largely in part to the flashcards that he created for himself. He made these flashcards available free of charge, on the Saeger Design website. After two weeks of downloading, the website was shut down due to excessive traffic.

A new site was launched with a new server, and LEEDsource.com was born. The flashcards were then offered for a fee, largely to cover overhead costs. As demand grew, a printed and cut version was introduced. This was as popular as the PDF.

The NC version of the flashcards were re-vamped and re-released. Because of requests for material on the CI and EB exams, sets for these tests were created and made available.

Today, a partnership with Professional Publications Inc. provides for distribution and sales of the flashcards and other LEED products. LEEDsource is slowly evolving into an information portal for those that seek to learn more about the LEED AP exam.

Looking to the future of LEEDsource, we are developing new and useful products that will help you prepare for the LEED AP exam. Check back often to see what's new.
